Lamb Pepper Fry

Ingredients :    
Lamb with bones - 1/2 kg
Onions  - 250gms
Tomatoes  - 100gms
Oil  - 100gms
Coconut Oil   - 50gms
Cardamom  - 3gms
Cinnamon - 3gms
Clove - 2gms
Bay leaves - 2gms
Curry leaves - A few sprigs
Chilly powder - 10gms
Coriander powder - 5gms
Turmeric powder - 3gms
Crushed Pepper - 25gms
Ginger-garlic paste - 10gms

Method :

Cut the lamb into small pieces. In a pan heat the oil and add the sliced onions and fry till golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

When the mixture is well cooked add the lamb and cook till it is done.

Garnish with crushed pepper corn, curry leaves and coconut oil. Cook for another few minutes and serve it hot.

Tip : Potato finger fry is a good combination.

You have not mentioned in the Method for Lamb Peper fry as to when should one add the spices
