Fish Curry in Coconut Milk

Ingredients :    
Fish - 1 kg
Whole chilli (red) - 10
Onion (big) - 1
Garlic - 5 cloves
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Green chilly - 5
Tomato - 2
Coconut milk powder - 4 tbsp
Pepper (crushed) - 1/4 tbsp
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp or for taste
Curry leaves - 2 stems
Ginger - 1
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Method :

Clean the fish and cut into one-inch pieces. Cut the tomatoes into medium size pieces. Chop the ginger Crush the red chilli with garlic, pepper and ginger and keep aside. Chop the onions finely. Cut the green chillies lengthwise. Put the oil in a cooking pan and  sauté the onion and green chillies for five minutes.

Add the crushed chillies, pepper, garlic and ginger. Fry for three minutes until the smell of chilli comes out. Dissolve the coconut milk powder in a cup of water. Add turmeric powder and let it boil. Add the fish and salt. Cook well and add the tomato pieces.

Cook for five minutes on a low flame. Add the lemon juice and curry leaves.

This recipes are many benefitsto me .I tried it and it is very tastey. In my second try i avoid pepper i like this better than the 1st try . Thanks...
