Ingredients :

Duck (boiled in turmeric powder & salt) - 5 pcs
Sliced Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 3/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tbsp
Green Chilly - 3 to 4
Curry leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp

Cooking Method :

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a kadai pan. Add finelly sliced onions, ginger garlic paste,green chilly, salt and cook well.

Add 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 3/4 tablespoon pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder and 1/4 tablespoon garam masala and saute well. To this add duck,boiled with turmeric powder & salt and mix well. Sprinkle Curry leaves and cook till the duck is done.Add a little water and cook till the gravy thickens. Finally add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and saute well.

This taste dish goes well with appam, chapathi,parotta and pathiri. Transfer it to a serving dish and enjoy!
