Tawa Fried Prawns

You can prepare this Prawn dish using minimal ingredients.. and it sure tastes heavenly.

Ingredients :

Prawns - 10 Nos
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - Few
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - To fry
Coriander leaves - 1 Small bunch, chopped
Salt - To taste
Onion Choped - 1/2 Piece
Capsicum Chopped - 1/2 piece
Ginger -  
Green chilly - 1

 Cooking Method :

Clean and wash the prawns thoroughly. In a bowl, add ingredients like ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, vinegar, 2 tbsp of oil and salt and mix well followed by adding prawns and mix well again. Keep it aside for 5 minutes to marinate.

Mean while into a hot pan, add 2 tsp of oil and place marinated prawns to grill. Add few curry leaves, ginger , green chilly, capsicum, sliced onions and little coconut oil to it and cook covered on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Then mix it well to get a good flavour and taste. Now the dish is ready and we can transfer into serving plate.
