Garlic Soup, the perfect Natural Antibiotics, helps build up your immunity system, Helps fight off Colds and the Flu

Ingredients :

Cabbage - 2 tbsp
Carrot - 2 tbsp
Spring Onion - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 3 tsp
Black Pepper - 2 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Green Coriander - to garnish
Salt - to taste

 Cooking Method :

Keep 2 cups of water on stove to boil. To boiling water add few chopped carrot and cabbage and cook them for 5 minutes.

Take vegetables out of the freshly made stock. Now to this add smashed garlic, chopped cabbage, carrot, spring onion, coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and butter.

Finally add 5 to 6 tbsp of corn flour mix and sprinkle few cilantro. Now the soup is ready to serve.
