Paneer and Palak Rice

Ingredients :

   
Onion - 1
Green chilli + Ginger + Garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Garam Masala - to taste
Palak - 200gms
Basmati Rice - 1cup
Salt -  
Paneer cubes -  
Coriander leaves -

Cooking Method :

  • Soak rice for half an hour

  • Wash and grind palak in mixer with little water and keep aside

  • Take ghee in a pan

  • Add ginger-garlic-chilli paste and saute it well

  • Add sliced onion and cook it well till golden brown

  • Add soaked and drained rice and saute for 1 min

  • Add garam masala, palak paste and stir well
  • When it starts boiling, add salt to taste and paneer cubes

  • Mix well and cover with a lid. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
