Cooking Method :

Take half cups of Gram flour and Maida in a large glass bowl; to this you can add a Pinch of cooking Soda and a tbsp of Salt. Now mix the flour with your hands by adding 2-3 tbsp's of oil. Pour water into the crumbled flour and knead to a stiff dough. Shape the dough into balls with your hands. Roll the balls with a rolling pin until the balls resemble thin round Pancakes. You can use cutter or knife, to cut them into thin strips. Keep it aside for frying.

Pour oil into a pan and keep the flame in Medium Mode. Gently gather the thin strips
and drop them in hot oil. The strips will separate as it gets cooked. Cook in medium flame till the strips turn into golden brown color, with constant tossing to make sure it is evenly cooked.

Once the bubbles and sound completely ceases, you can take out the cooked Cholafali with a slotted spoon and serve into a plate. Sprinkle a tbsp of red chili powder over the Fried Cholafali and your Spicy Cholafali is ready to serve.
