The north Indian dish made with paneer and green peas has great demand in Indian restaurants. It is really a delicious dish...

Cooking Method :

Take half of the chopped onions, garlic, and coriander powder and grind it to a fine paste.

Heat the pan on the stove. Pour half of the ghee in to the pan. Fry the paneer pieces in the pan, till lightly brown... Remove from the pan and keep it aside.

Heat the remaining ghee, and add the left over chopped onions and ginger in to the pan. Fry ginger and onions till they turn golden brown. Add the ground paste and turmeric powder; blend it well till the ghee bubbles on top.

Then add fried paneer, boiled green peas, curd, green chillies, tomato and salt in to the mixture... Stir for 5mn on a low flame... Add water and boil for 20 minutes in low fire. Garnish with garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.

Now the dish is ready... You can serve it in a serving dish.. It is a pretty good combination with roti and Rice Pulavs....
