Egg Manchurian

Ingredients :
Hard Boiled Egg, Sliced - 3
Corn Flour - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 1 cup
Ginger GarlicPaste - 1  ½ tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce -  
Spring Onions Chopped - 1 cup
Corn Flour Diluted in Water - ¾ th cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil -  
Coriander Leaves - for garnishing

Method of Preparation :

In order to make egg Manchurian, first we have to fry the egg dipped in batter.

In a bowl mix rice flour, corn flour and salt with a little amount of water to make the batter. Make a smooth paste out of it. Now heat some oil in a pan, meanwhile drop the sliced boiled egg into the batter, cover each piece evenly with batter and add them into the hot boiling oil. Fry till they turn slightly brown. Make sure not to over fry them. Transfer them onto a plate.

Now into the same oil add the chopped onion and sauté till they turn golden brown. Add the rest of the ingredients like ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder and sauté for a few minutes. Follow with a little amount of soy sauce and salt according to ones taste. Next add in some spring onions into the mixture followed by corn flour paste and mix thoroughly by adding some water for extra gravy.

Transfer the partially fried egg into the gravy... mix thoroughly and close the pan with a lid and leave to cook for sometime. Serve hot into a bowl and garnish with some coriander leaves.
