Ingredients :
All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Dry Yeast Dissolved in Warm Water - 1tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Yogurt - 2 1/2 tbsp
Lukewarm Milk - 3/4-cup
Water -

Method of Preparation :

To begin with, In a bowl add the flour followed by salt, baking soda, curd and yeast dissolved in warm water and ghee. By using your bare hands mix the contents together to form coarse dough. Now add some milk into the mixture and knead well so that it becomes soft. Keep this dough aside for about half an hour. the dough will turn double its volume within the time span.

After half an hour, take the dough and start making round balls out of it. Meanwhile place the pressure cooker on stove and light the fire. Now flatten the dough ball, to an oval or pear shape by using a chapati roller. Apply a little quantity of water on one side and attach the wet side on the base of the pressure cooker.  When one side puffs up add some ghee and turn over the other side.

We can see brownish spots appearing on the naan, that is the ideal time to take it out. Serve hot, accompanied with dishes made with dal or paneer .
