Mohanlal plays Ali Bhai, a trade union leader who controls tha famous Palayam market in Kozhikode. Ali is the dearest of the masses and helps anybody who comes to him without expecting anything in return. Mohanlal presents a dazling action in this film.

The film directed by Shaji Kailas has one of the biggest casts of the year with 108 artists doing the roles in the film.This big budgeted movie has Gopika in the female lead. Scripted by T.A.Shahid, the film will also be a family action movie, in the likes of Shaji Kailas.There is a huge support cast in the film- Innocent, Cochin Haneefa, Sai Kumar, Rajan.P.Dev, Siddique, Jagadish, Shammi Thilakan etc. The script is written by T.A.Shaheed, and music by Alex Paul.
