and what he is going to do to save the world.
Director Mike Mitchell skillfully narrates a superhero story with great
talent. He blends high school romance with the superpowers of the characters. He
touches issues like self esteem, parental expectations, peer pressure and fun
filled high school life. The special effects are kind of cheesy, but he has made
the theme enjoyable for the kids.
Michael Angarano presents a good performance as Will. He portrays his anxiety
very well. His emotions feel real. Among the other characters, talented Lynda
Carter, as the school principal is good. This is a good film for the kids. There
are no bad words and no sexual content. The action sequences are nice and the
narration has good laughs. More over it has good family interaction and a decent
ending. Kids will love this film.
