Officially, the first film that released in 2003 from Holly Wood, 'Just Married' is a romantic comedy.

The movie starts with a flashback, the end of the newlywed's honeymoon trip, landing in Los Angeles. Sarah Mc Nerney (Brittany Murphy) and Tom Leezak (Ashton Kutcher) play the newlyweds. She is a daughter of rich snobby parents, educated and having expensive tastes. Tom is a blue collar worker. After meeting on the beach, the two fall in love and get married, much to the disapproval of Sarah's parents. After the wedding, they take off for an European honeymoon.

A lot of disastrous things happens to them during their trip in Europe. In a French hotel, they short out 220-volt electrical system with an American 110-volt marital aid. In an Italian hotel, they crash through a wall into the next room bed, where another couple were having sex. Things get worse when Sarah's ex-boyfriend who wants her back, shows up in Europe and the bride and groom has a fight. Towards the end of the trip, they are so frustrated and they realise that they don't have anything in common to live together.

The movie got a lot of publicity just because Brittany Murphy had made a great impression as Eminem's sometime girlfriend in " 8 Mile ". She does a decent job in this movie. Kutcher and Murphy are a real life couple, both likeable actors with potential, but their talents are wasted. Cinematography is good with the some beautiful parts of Europe. Beyond that, movie has low morale and a low sense of humor. Movie shows typical "Gen-Y" teenage characters who are in love but still don't have a clue how to develop their married relationship.

Hopefully "Just Married" won't be the worst movie made in 2003 and end up in the worst list by the year end.
