In a bid to recreate the magic of the hugely successful sitcom 'Friends'
on screen, Warner Bros. executives are trying hard to convince the cast
including - Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt
Leblanc and David Schwimmer - to reprise their roles for a reunion special
show.
But it seems as if Jennifer Aniston is not party to the idea. Citing
the failure of the other reunion shows, Aniston argues, "I think that
would cheapen it. Do you remember the Brady bunch reunion show? You
remember the Happy Days reunion show? Were they ever good? Cheap, cheap,
cheap, cheap," rate the music.com quotes her as saying.
However fellow actors, LeBlanc, Perry and Schwimmer are willing to
at least consider it."Talk to me in 20 years. If I'm on really hard
times, maybe I'll be pitching one," said Perry.
Schwimmer added, "I hate the idea of the reunion show but if it meant
I get to revisit the relationships and work with those writers and actors
again, then that would be a good thing." .
