Sleep apnea is a sleeping disorder which is characterised by
pauses in breathing during sleep. It occurs when enough air cannot move
into your lungs while you are sleeping. Sometimes this common disorder can be
very serious.
In sleep apnea, your breathing stops or gets very shallow while you are sleeping.
Each pause in breathing typically lasts 10 to 20 seconds or more. These short
stops in breathing can happen up to 400 times every night. If you have sleep
apnea, the periods of not breathing may wake you up from a deep sleep.
But it is so brief that you may not be aware that your sleep was interrupted.
How to evacuate water from ear.

The best way to take all water out in such conditions is to fill maximum possible water in your hand (make a cup of it as when you drink water from tap)and, suppose it is a left ear, then tilt your head toward left- place the water filled hand below left ear- instantly, very quickly move your head opposite so that all water from hand enters the left ear- and again very quickly tilt your head toward left so that all water will come out(even that which was present prior to doing this activity.) It often happens that very small quantity of water does not come out of ear, so we have to fill the same ear with more water- this facilitates that small amount of water to get mix with large quantity of water inserted and all water comes out very easily.Trust me, its a tested remedy. follow the same procedure for right ear if there is water in that ear also.
