Ingrid Marie Rivera Santos, was second runner-up in the
Miss World 2005 contest held in Sanya, a southern China beach resort. Born to parents John Rivera and Alba Iris Santos on October 8, 1983, Ingrid
began her steps in the pageant world in 2002.
A part time model, Ingrid represented the municipality of Dorado in Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico's national
preliminary, before attending the beauty pageant.
She enjoys watching movies, acting, reading, socializing, listening to music and writing poetry.
She described herself in three words are optimistic, tolerant,
committed.
