Take a plain sheet of paper and fold it thrice lengthwise, cut it out so that we'll get three separate lengthy paper strips.
Fold each paper strip in half as you see here.
Now take a folded paper strip and hold it vertically and insert second paper strip like this horizontally leaving a few inches from top.
Take the third paper strip upside down and tuck in between the second strip from bottom end as you see here.
Now slightly push in the third strip through the loop of the first strip like this. Pull each end to secure tightly. And here your paper fan windmill is ready!
Place and fix the paper Fan windmill over a thin bamboo piece and enjoy watching it rotate.
