Once you observe the DVD s you will realise that they are actually two layers. Separate these layers. The upper part will be glowing with psychedelic colours. We can use this part.
Using the scissors make small bits out of this part.
Apply glue all over the plate. Stick each bit to the plate. Don't forget to leave small gaps between the bits. Go on until you complete the surface of the plate.
