For Vanilla Ice Cream |
| Vanilla Essence |

1 cup (100gm or 150gm) |
| Salt |

For Chocolate Sauce |
| Custard Powder |

2 tsp |
| Water |
- |
4 tbs |
| Sugar |
- |
1 1/2 tbs |
| Coco Powder |
- |
1/2 tsp |
| Coffee Powder |
- |
1/2 tsp |
Method of Preparation:
Vanilla Ice Cream
Boil the milk. Make a paste of maida, salt and sugar. When the milk comes to
boil add this paste to the milk. Add China grass and switch off the gas. When
the milk cools, add cream and vanilla essence and run it in mixer and freeze.
Serve with chocolate sauce.
Chocolate Sauce
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and cook on slow heat, stirring continuously for 5
minutes.
