Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

For Vanilla Ice Cream
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
China Grass - a little
Milk  - 3 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Maida - 1 tsp
Cream - 1 cup (100gm or 150gm)
Salt - 1 pinch
For Chocolate Sauce
Custard Powder - 2 tsp
Water - 4 tbs
Sugar - 1 1/2 tbs
Coco Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coffee Powder - 1/2 tsp

Method of Preparation: 

Vanilla Ice Cream

Boil the milk. Make a paste of maida, salt and sugar. When the milk comes to boil add this paste to the milk. Add China grass and switch off the gas. When the milk cools, add cream and vanilla essence and run it in mixer and freeze. Serve with chocolate sauce. 

Chocolate Sauce

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and cook on slow heat, stirring continuously for 5 minutes.
