Soya Manchurian

Tomato Ketchup
Chilli sauce
Chopped Green Chilli
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Garlic
Ajinamoto (mono sodium glutamate)

Method of preparation: 

Soak soya chunks in luke warm water. When it becomes soft, squeeze the water and marinate it in vinegar, egg and cornflour for 30 minutes. After marinating, deep fry the chunks in oil and keep it aside. 

Take two table spoon of oil and put finely chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic and ajinomoto then add all the sauces. Add little corn flour diluted in water, to make a thick gravy. Finally add fried chunks and serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
