Ingredients: 

Paneer - 2 cup (grated)
Curry leaves - 1stalk
Coriander leaves - 1 stalk
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbs
Green Chillies - 2 nos
Cumin Seeds - 2 tbs
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required
Onion  - 2 (chopped)
Tomatoes chopped -
Garam Masala - a little
Pepper powder - a little

Method of Preparation: 

Heat oil in a kadai. Add onions, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and sauté well till it turns golden brown. Then add the chopped tomatoes, garam masala, pepper powder, salt and sauté again. Add coriander leaves, grated paneer, mix well and allow to fry for few minutes and serve. 

This can be served along with dosas, rice, stuffed sandwich and stuffed chappattis.
