Brinjal
White chana
Mustard oil
Turmeric, Salt, jeera, Red chilli

2 tbsp
according to taste

Method of preparation : 

Cut the brinjal into small pieces. Heat the oil, put the masalas. Add brinjal and boiled white chana into it. Cook well, garnish with coriander leaves.
