Hasty Tasty

(No fire cooking)
Ingredients:
1. Roasted Split gram  - 2 cups (200 grams)
2. Sugar (powdered) - 2 cups (300 grams)
3. Milk powder     - 1 cup
4. Clarified Butter (Ghee)    - 1/2 cup
5. Milk Cream       - 1/2 cup
6. Cardamom (powdered)   - 1 teaspoon
7. Almond    - 50 grams (Keep aside 10 nuts for garnishing)
8. Silver foil   one roll/as required

Method:

This preparation does not need any fire. It can be made in a jiffy, just like the name suggests.  In a mixer/food processor, finely powder the roasted gram.  Coarsely grind the almonds along with the powdered roasted gram.  Put the powdered mixture in a large bowl. Now add the rest of the ingredients (2-6) to the bowl.

Mix well with a spatula or with your hands  and spread the mixture on a flat, greased dish (grease it with clarified butter).  You can add some milk to the batter if the consistency is not right. Flatten the batter with your hands and stick the silver foil on it. Garnish with sliced almonds on top of the foil.

Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.  Cut into pieces and serve.
