Rice Flakes Laddu
Ingredients :
- Rice
flakes (Aval) - 1cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2cup
- Sugar
- 1/2cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4tsp
- Ghee
- 2tbs
- Cashew
nuts - 5nos
Method :
Fry rice flakes in a pan till crisp. Remove from
fire, keep it
aside and allow to cool. Grind it with sugar and coconut. Do not add water.
Transfer this to a vessel and add cardamom powder. Mix well.
Cut the cashew nuts into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan and add the cashew nuts.
Sauté it and add the prepared rice flake
powder in it. Mix it well and remove from fire. Shape into laddus (small balls).
