Sour and Pepper Soup
Ingredients :

Chicken with the

Sliced Celery stem

Liver (cut into very small
pieces) - 1/4cup
Water
- 6 cups
Black
Vinegar
- 1tsp
Salt
- to taste

Thinly Sliced onions ( 1/2inch
length) - 1/2cup

Refined Flour
- 1dsp
Soya bean
Sauce
- 2dsp

Thinly sliced beans and
carrot (1 inch length) - 1/4cup
each

Corn flour
- 3dsp
Water
- 1 cup

Egg
- 2nos
|
| 8. |
Pepper
powder
- 1tsp
Crushed
pepper
- 18 no's
Chopped Celery
leaf
- 2dsp
Ajinomoto
- a pinch

Method :
Make six cups of soup with the 1st ingredients, sieve
and keep aside.
Sauté the sliced onion in the butter. The onions
should
not become red in colour. Add the flour and sauté till the fresh smell goes. After that add
Soya bean sauce and the prepared soup. Mix corn
flour in one cup of water and add the boneless chicken and liver pieces kept
aside. Add the
vegetables into the soup.
Beat the egg with a fork and add it slowly into the
boiling soup. Stir the soup continuously with the fork while adding the beaten egg. Add pepper
powder, crushed pepper, celery leaf and Ajinomoto into the soup before serving.
Always serve hot.
