Meat Balls
Ingredients :
- Minced meat - 200gm
- Finely chopped onion - 2cups
- Finely chopped garlic - 1tbs
- Sliced
bread
- 3nos
- Cooked
rice
- 1/2cup
- Tomato
ketchup - 1tbs
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2tbs
- Finely chopped green chillies - 1/2tbs
- Egg
- 1
- Garam masla
powder - 1tsp
- Oil for frying
Method :
Heat 1tbs oil in a pressure cooker. Sauté the
onions and 2tsp garlic till soft. Add the minced meat and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add a little water and cook for 10 minutes. Dry excess liquid, if any.
Grate the bread slices and add it to the mince.
When cool, add the cooked rice, tomato ketchup, remaining garlic, coriander
leaves, green chillies, egg and garam masala powder. Knead well to mix. If
necessary, add a tablespoon of corn flour for binding.
Prepare koftas and deep fry in hot oil till golden.
