Fish Roll

Method :
Soak the fish fillets in lime juice and salt for
half an hour. Wash and pat dry. Dust the fillet with a mixture of flour and
chilli.
Filling :
Soak the minced meat in vinegar and salt for half
an hour. Shell and de-vein the prawns.
Heat the oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic and
fry for 5 minutes. Add the mince and prawns. Cover and put it on a low heat.
When it become soft and dry add the rest of the ingredients into it. Stir fry
for 5 minutes.
Take a fillet. Put the filling inside and roll.
Dip into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs, Repeat the process once more. Deep fry
till golden brown. Makes 10 rolls.
