Egg Onion Bajee
Ingredients :
- Egg
- 4nos
- Sliced onion - 1cup
- Chopped green chilly - 6nos
- Crushed ginger - 1tsp
- Crushed garlic - 1tsp
- Curry leaves -
2sprigs
- Besan
flour - 100gm
- Oil for frying
- Water
Method :
Boil the egg and cut it into 4 pieces. Take a bowl
and mix onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and besan flour with
some water. Make a dough with it.Take a small portion from the dough and roll it into round. Place
the egg in it and cover.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bajee till golden
brown. Serve hot.
