Lime Rice (Tamilian Style)

Salt to taste
Method:
Cook the rice in salted boiling
water and drain the water. Spread the rice in a dish. Sprinkle the turmeric
powder over the rice and mix carefully without mashing the rice. Add the lime
juice and enough salt. Fry the onions and curry leaves and green chillies and
mix it with the rice.
