Prawn Curry

Serves 4
Ingredients : For Masala : 

Prawn

- 1 cup

Pepper corns

- 2tbs

Turmeric powder

- 1tsp

Fenugreek

- 1/2tsp

Oil

- 2tbs

Aniseed

- 1/4tsp

Mustard

- 1tsp Grated Coconut - 1/2cup

Curry leaves

- few sprigs      

Diced Onion

- 2nos      

Diced Capsicum

- 2nos      

Ginger- garlic paste

- 1tsp      

Garam Masala

1tsp      

Chopped Coriander leaves

- 2tsp      
Salt - to taste      

Method of Preparation :

Clean and cook the prawn with turmeric and salt and keep aside. Grind the ingredients for masala.

Heat oil in a pan and put mustard. When it splutters, add curry leaves and onions. Saute till onion turn golden brown. Add half of the diced capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, ground masala and sauté well. Add required water, remaining capsicum and cook well.

Add prawns and mix well. Close the pan and cook for few minutes. Finally add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
