Tandoori Masala

Ingredients : 

  • Coriander Seeds                   - 50gms
  • Cumin Seeds                        - 50gms
  • Black Peppercorns                - 50gms
  • Kasuri Methi                          - 20gms
  • Green Cardamoms                - 30
  • Cloves                                  - 15
  • Sticks Cinnamon (2.5cm long) - 5
  • Ajwain                                    - 1tsp
  • Mace                                     - 1tsp
  • Salt                                        - to taste
  • Ginger Powder                      - 20gm
  • Chilli Powder                         - 20gm

Method : 

All the ingredients used should be dry. Put them out in the sun for a day. Then blend in a mixer. Sieve and powder the residue again.

Store in a clean, airtight container. It will last for at least 6 months.
