Tandoori Masala
Ingredients :
- Coriander
Seeds
- 50gms
- Cumin
Seeds
- 50gms
- Black
Peppercorns
- 50gms
- Kasuri Methi
- 20gms
- Green Cardamoms
- 30

- Cloves
- 15
- Sticks Cinnamon (2.5cm long) - 5
- Ajwain
- 1tsp
- Mace
- 1tsp
- Salt
- to taste
- Ginger
Powder
- 20gm
- Chilli
Powder
- 20gm
Method :
All the ingredients used should be dry. Put them
out in the sun for a day. Then blend in a mixer. Sieve and powder the residue again.
Store in a clean, airtight container. It will last
for at least 6 months.
