Rasam Masala
Method 1
Ingredients :
- Dried Chilli
- 6
- Dried Coriander - 1/2cup

- Pepper
- 1tsp
- Cumin Seeds
- 1tsp
Method :
Dry all the ingredients in the sun for sometime and
grind it coarsely and store it in an airtight container. This powder can be used
to make rasam 5-6 times.
Method 2
Ingredients :
- Dried Chilli
- 50gm
- Coriander
- 75gm
- White
gram
- 50gm
- Besan Dal
- 50gm
- Tuvar Dal
- 50gm
- Fenugreek
- 50gm
- Turmeric
powder - 25gm
- Pepper
- 1tsp
- Cumin
Seeds -
2 tsp
Method :
Roast all the ingredients except turmeric
powder. Make a fine powder of the roasted ingredients with the turmeric
powder. Store the masala in an airtight container.
