Fried Pearl Spot

Method of Preparation :
Clean the fish. Apply lime juice and keep
for some time. Grind small onions, dry chillies, pepper, turmeric powder, garlic
and salt. Marinate the fish with the masala and keep for an hour. Heat some
oil in a flat pan and fry the fish, both sides on a low flame. Decorate
with onion pieces and lemon cut into half.
