Green Gram Daal Samosas

Green gram dal powder |

Boiled Green gram |
- 1cup |

Boiled and diced potatoes |
- 1/2cup |

Green chillies |
- 2-3nos |

Mint leaves |

Whole coriander seeds |
- 1tsp |

Coriander Powder |
- 1tsp |

Salt |
- 1tsp |

Amchur (Mango Powder) |
- 1tsp |

Red Chilli |
- 1/2tsp |

Salt |
- 1tsp |

Garam Masala |
- 1/2tsp |

Oil |

Method :
For Stuffing :
Heat one tsp of oil. Put in all the masalas
and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add boiled green gram, potatoes and chillies.
Mix well and cool.
Knead a hard dough with flour, green gram
flour and oil.
Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out
like chapatis and cut each into halves. Fill with stuffing and fold into a samosa.
Seal edges with water. Deep fry and serve hot.
