Diamond Biscuit

Dalda |
- 1cup |

Sugar |
- 3/4cup |
|
Milk |
- 3/4cup |
|
Refined flour |
- 11/2cup |
Method :
Mix dalda, sugar and milk in a vessel. Add the flour
intermittently and knead into a hard dough. Roll the dough into 1/4"
thickness and cut several diamond shapes from it. Place them over a paper for
5 to 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the biscuits.
