Carrot Halwa

Carrot |
- 500gm |
|
Milk |
- 1litre |
|
Sugar |
- 500gm |
|
Ghee |
- 4tbs |
Method :
Peel and grate the carrot. Boil milk till it reduces
to more than half its quantity. Add the grated carrot to the milk. Cook till
the carrots are soft , add sugar and stir well. When it thickens, add ghee.
When the content leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire and pour evenly
on a greased vessel.
