Til Laddu
Ingredients :
- Sesame seeds (black/brown) - 40 gms
- Jaggery - 50 gms
- Ghee - 1tbs
Method of Preparation :
Clean and lightly roast the sesame seeds. Heat the
jaggery in a pan till it melts and add the roasted sesame seeds to it. Remove
from fire, when the jaggery starts to firm up.
Spread ghee on the palm and roll the mixture into
small balls while hot.
