Kheer
Ingredients :
Washed and drained long grain rice

Milk

Crushed Cardamom seeds

Almonds

2 tbsp |
Saffron threads, soaked in a little hot milk

A pinch |
Chopped Pistachio Nuts

Raisins

- |
1tbsp |
Ghee

1tbs |
| Sugar |
- |
2-3tbs or as desired |
Method of preparation :
Put the rice, milk and cardamom in a pan, bring to boil and simmer gently until the rice is soft and the grains start to break up. Add almonds, pistachio, saffron and raisins and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add ghee and keep
stirring until cooked.
