Palak Paneer

| Spinach | - | 250gms |
| Tomato | - | 3 | | Paneer (curd cheese) | - | 2cups |
| Potato | - | 250gms | | Onion (sliced) | - | 1 |
| Garlic | - | 2 or 3 no's | | Dried
red chilli | - | 2 | | Garam
masala | - | 1tsp | | Turmeric | - | 1/4
tsp | | Fresh coriander | - | 2 or 3 sprigs |
| Water | - | 2/3 cups | | Ghee | - |
2tbs | | Salt | - | to taste | |
Method: Heat the ghee
in a pan, saute onions till it becomes brown, then add garlic and chilli and cook
for a few minutes. Add the turmeric, salt, potatoes, tomatoes and water and bring
to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. When the potatoes are almost cooked add the
spinach, paneer, coriander and garam masala. Simmer for a few more minutes till
it is done.
