Mango, Curd Pachady

| Grated mango | - | 1/2

Method:
Grind the coconut, ginger, green chillies and shallots together. If the mango
is very sour you can squeeze out a little juice. Mix the curds, ground things,
mango and salt to taste. Fry the dry chilly cut up, the mustard, black gram dhall
and the curry leaves till crisp. Pour into the curd mixture and stir well.
