Sheek Kababs

| Minced meat | - | 125 gms |
| Minced lamb | - | 350 gms | | Coriander seeds | - | 1

Grind ginger and garlic into a fine paste and powder the rest of the ingredients
and add it to the minced meat. Add the egg and mix it thoroughly. Take some meat
mixture and shape it cylindrically around an oiled skewer. Cook the kebabs under
a preheated grill for about 20 minutes.
