Prawn Masala Fry

kg) | | Chillie powder | - | 50 gms | | Turmeric
powder | - | 10 gms | | Coriander powder | - | 50
gms | | Rice flour | - | 50 gms | | Ginger
and garlic paste | - | 50 gms | | Salt | | |
| Coconut oil for frying | | | |
Method: Clean the prawns
and dry it. Make a paste with all the above mentioned ingredients except oil.
Marinate the prawns with the paste for half an hour. Then deep fry the prawns
in the coconut oil.
