Pomfret Delight

Ingredients:  
Pomfret-1/2kg
Oil-1/4kg
Red chilly powder-20gms
Coriander powder-15gms
Turmeric powder-5gms
Egg -1no
Ajwan-5gms
Vinegar -20ml
Lime juice-1nos
Pepper powder-2gms
Salt to taste  

Method:

Marinate the fish in lime juice, pepper and half the required salt and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Make the paste of all the remaining ingredients and coat the fish with the paste. Leave it aside for 15 minutes. Deep fry lightly and remove from the pan and drain. When all set to serve deep fry again. Arrange it with fresh vegetables and boiled egg. Serve it hot.
