Pomfret Delight

| Pomfret | - | 1/2kg |
| Oil | - | 1/4kg | | Red chilly powder | - | 20gms |
| Coriander powder | - | 15gms | | Turmeric powder | - | 5gms |
| Egg | - | 1no | | Ajwan | - | 5gms |
| Vinegar | - | 20ml | | Lime juice | - | 1nos |
| Pepper powder | - | 2gms | | Salt to taste | | |
| Method: Marinate the fish in lime juice,
pepper and half the required salt and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Make the
paste of all the remaining ingredients and coat the fish with the paste. Leave
it aside for 15 minutes. Deep fry lightly and remove from the pan and drain. When
all set to serve deep fry again. Arrange it with fresh vegetables and boiled egg.
Serve it hot.
