Pressure cooked Sardine Cutlets

Ingredients:  
Sardines-15
Minced onions-1 cup
Minced ginger-2 tsp
Chilly powder-11/2 tsp
Minced tomato-4 dsp
Fresh bread crumbs-1 cup
Potato (big ones)-2
Salt  
Oil to fry  
Bread crumbs   
Egg-1

Method:

    After removing the heads of the cleaned fish. Pressure cook the sardines with salt. tomatoes and the chilly powder pouring about 3/4 cup of water for 45 minutes. Open the lid, if there is water dry it over the fire. Fry the minced onion and ginger adding the mashed fish and the soaked dried bread crumbs. Mix the mashed cooked potato and make lime sized balls. Flatten them, dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crump's. Deep fry to a golden brown.
