Chilly Chicken

| Sesame oil / sunflower oil |

Method:
In a bowl, mix the corn starch(200 grams), chilly powder, black
pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, Soya sauce, salt, beaten eggs and
MSG. Marinate the chicken pieces in this marinade. Keep it aside for about 30 min to an hour. Deep fry the marinated
chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
Heat the sesame oil and sauté onions, capsicum and green chilies till soft.
Mix 1 teaspoon of corn starch with 1/4 cup of chicken stock or warm water.
Add the red chilly sauce, Soya sauce and the corn starch mixed in chicken
stock and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the fried chicken pieces and
add some water if required. Add
salt, sugar and MSG. Mix well and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
The dish is now ready to be served.
