Chicken Fry

| Chicken |

1 whole; sliced into 8 pieces (skinless) |
| Red Chilly Powder |

1 tbs |
| Black Pepper powder |

1/4 tbs |
| Kashmiri Red Chili Powder/ Paprika powder |
- |
1 tsp |
| Turmeric |
- |
1/4 tsp |
| Salt |
- |
to taste |
| Garlic (3/4 flakes) |

1 tsp crushed |
| Oil |
- |
Enough for deep frying |

Method:
Slice the chicken into 8 pieces and slit them on both sides
of each piece. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate the chicken
pieces for 15 to 30 minutes.
In a large frying pan, heat up enough oil to fry the chicken
pieces. Once the oil is hot, turn down the flame to medium high and add the
chicken pieces. Fry till fully cooked and browned on all sides. Drain and let
it cool slightly.
Serve with French fries and a salad. Makes a great quick easy
meal.
