Mint Chutney

| Mint leaves |

| Grated Coconut |

| Tamarind |

| White Gram |
- |

| Ginger |

1/2inch piece |
| Salt |

| Oil |

| Garlic |

|
Method:
Heat a pan and pour the oil and the white gram, fry
gently. To it add all the above mentioned ingredients and heat it in a low flame
for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Keep it away from the fire and when it cool
grind it into a fine paste. This chutney can be had with any heavy lunch or
dinner. It can be used as a bread spread along with butter.
Tip : Mint leaves are good for acidity and
helps digestion.
