Method :
Cut cauliflower florets into medium size. Wash the florets and put them into boiling water in which a little salt is added. When the florets are tender, take them out and allow to cool. Care should be taken not to overcook the florets.
Prepare a batter of eggs, grated ginger, finely chopped onion and salt. dip the florets into the batter and shallow fry in oil. It can also be served with rice and dal. |
