Method:
Heat oil in a wok. Add onion, cinnamon powder, pepper and garlic paste. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Add chicken and cook about 5 minutes on each side. Add orange juice, raisins and salt, simmer over low heat about until done. Serve chicken with some of the onion-raisin mixture spooned on top. Garnish with orange slices |
