Christmas Rice

Ingredients :
   
Skin less fish pieces
- 250 gm
Shelled shrimps
- 200 gm
Egg
- 2
Half cooked basmati rice
- 2 cup
Onions (chopped)
- 2 medium size
Garam masala powder
- 2 tsp
Fresh green peas
- 100 gm
Oil
- 3 tbsp
Green chilies
- 6-7 slitted
Salt - to taste

 

Method:

Heat the oil in pressure cooker, fry the chopped onions adding salt, shrimps, fish pieces and green peas into it. Add egg to it. Fry it on slow flame and slowly add the rice and the slitted chilies. Pressure cook it with 1 cup of water as the rice is half boiled adding garam masala powder in it. Wait for a whistle and its ready to it. Simmer it for 5-10 minutes and its ready to serve.
