Method:
Heat the oil in pressure cooker, fry the chopped onions adding salt, shrimps, fish pieces and green peas into it. Add egg to it. Fry it on slow flame and slowly add the rice and the slitted chilies. Pressure cook it with 1 cup of water as the rice is half boiled adding garam masala powder in it. Wait for a whistle and its ready to it. Simmer it for 5-10 minutes and its ready to serve. |
